Returns and Exchanges

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns/refunds for item/s (except Evening Dresses) returned to us within 10 days from the date of purchas.

Please be advised that for us to accept your return, the item/s should pass the quality control done via the returns team, provided that:

The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached

The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)

The item is returned to us within 25 days from the delivery date

The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)

To ensure your best suitable size with your accurate measurements of (Bust, Waist, Hip) please check the size chart pop-up inside each product.
